Product content
The product’s original lessons, organization, explanations, hypothetical scenarios, quizzes, interface copy, custom UI icons and private brand assets are protected content owned or licensed by the operator, except where a source or third-party right is identified.
Public and official sources
Links and citations point to public Canadian legislation, regulations and guidance. Those source materials remain subject to the rights, terms and notices of their respective publishers. A citation does not transfer ownership to the product and does not indicate endorsement.
Permitted personal use
A customer may use the hosted service or purchased download for personal study, make reasonable private notes and print limited excerpts for personal reference where the interface allows.
Not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing, posting or distributing the paid service or downloadable file.
- Removing copyright, source or independence notices.
- Systematically extracting the content or using it to build a competing dataset, course or product.
- Using official Government of Canada symbols, logos or wording from the site to imply endorsement.
