Terms of access and sale
The conditions that apply to trials, subscriptions and the current HTML download.
Effective policy version 2026.07.12. Read this together with the Privacy Notice and Billing, Cancellation and Refunds policy.
1. Operator and independent status
The service is operated under the public-facing name Aspire from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The final legal seller name and business contact details must be confirmed before production checkout is enabled. The study tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the Canada Border Services Agency, the Government of Canada or another public agency.
2. Account and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- Access is for the registered customer’s personal study use unless a separate written licence says otherwise.
- Do not share a password, bypass access limits or use the service for unlawful activity.
3. Free trial
The 30-minute trial requires an email address, does not require payment information, ends automatically and does not convert automatically to paid access. One trial may be limited to each email address or customer. Trial controls may use account and technical information to prevent repeated use or abuse.

Taxes, when applicable, and the final total are shown before the customer authorizes payment. Payment options shown by Stripe may vary by plan, currency, device, customer and eligibility.
5. Order review and agreement record
Before payment, the customer can review and correct the selected product, price, billing frequency, email, delivery method and applicable disclosures. Production checkout should record the accepted policy version and provide a durable copy of the agreement or receipt by email or in the customer account.
6. Content and official sources
Lessons, summaries and hypothetical practice scenarios are independently written study material based on publicly available sources. They are not real files or records, official operational instructions or predictions of how an officer or agency will act. Where the tool differs from an official source, the official source controls.
7. Prohibited use
- Do not resell, republish or distribute the paid tool or downloadable file.
- Do not scrape, systematically copy or create a competing product from the content.
- Do not remove notices, imply government affiliation or use the service to impersonate a public authority.
- Do not upload confidential, personal, protected or recruitment-process information to any future community feature.
8. Service changes, suspension and termination
The operator may update content, correct errors, change features, suspend access for security or misuse, or discontinue a service. Material changes affecting an active subscription should be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
9. No guarantee and limitation
The tool does not guarantee employment, selection, assessment results, training outcomes, certification, legal interpretation or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, without limiting consumer protections that apply in another jurisdiction. Questions may be sent through the Contact and support page.
